A fine quality antique music box made by Langdorff et Fils of Geneva, Switzerland in c. 1880. 

The fully restored musical movement features 4 bells struck by pair of Mandarin automata strikers who nod their heads as they play. 

The box plays 10 popular airs as listed on the original tunesheet, including Sullivan's PinaforeThe March of the Men of Harlech, and Silver Threads Among the Gold

It has a very nice, jolly sound. The case is veneered rosewood with kingwood crossbanding and tulipwood stringing, as well as a musical inlay to the lid.
