A lovely sounding antique Concerto music box made by Adolph Woog in Switzerland in c. 1875.

The musical movement features three combs and plays a selection of 6 operatic airs with a wonderful complex sound, including an overture of Suppe’s ‘Poete et Paysan’.

The case is lovely quality, burr walnut veneered with tulipwood inlay.

An excellent quality music box with a superb sound.
